CHICKEN KARAHI

1 INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 4
Salt as your taste
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Fenugreek 2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
All spices powder 1tsp
Green chilies 6 medium size
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil 1 cup

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS

In a wok heat oil put chicken, fry till 5 minutes take out in a dish put a side. In oil add ginger garlic paste fry it add turmeric, salt, red chili and tomatoes and simmer for 2 minute. Now add chicken pieces and yogurt and cover with lid let it cook till chicken tender. Put fenugreek leaves, black pepper, all spices powder and Juline ginger, cover lid again and steam. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
